Refund Policy

We are pleased to offer a 30-day refund policy for orders placed through www.drinknouvie.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the order date by emailing info@drinknouvie.com. Our team will gladly assist with a refund, minus shipping fees. Please note that refunds cannot be processed for orders placed over 30 days ago. Gift card purchases, wholesale orders, and items purchased from third-party retailers are final sale and excluded from this policy.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your order is returned to our warehouse due to a shipping provider issue, we’ll issue a full refund for your order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of your order date for assistance. We are here to help address any damage or shipment issues.
